A small operation focused on doing a few builds properly instead of many builds quickly.
Most shops selling custom PCs work from a catalog. Pick a tier, pay the listed price, get a box. We do not work that way, mostly because part prices change often enough that a fixed price list would be wrong within weeks.
Instead, every build gets priced against what components actually cost at the time you order, and put together around what you are actually going to do with the machine.
The one thing that does not change from build to build is how much care goes into it. Every system gets assembled and cable routed by hand, then run through a full test before it goes anywhere.
